It depends. If they can be deposited, the letter should say that. Ask the
people in the CC company first.
Specifically, some letters may mail you several transfer checks, maybe only 1
or 2 of which you can deposit, so make sure give them the check number to let
them verify that it can be done.
You should note there may be a balance transfer fee, be clear about that too.
Also, what is the APY for the check? It could be treated as cash advance with
about 20% APY so be very careful! Always ask t |
