The current APR of I-Bond is very low.
It makes sense to dump I-Bond in the following months.
Exception: If you file income tax as resident AND
you need to pay a fat tuition bill in the next years,
you may be able to avoid federal income tax on the yield
of I-Bond.

8/1/2006 May, 2005 or earlier year
