Android, iOS and even Windows 8 users have had access to Adobe's mobile
version of Photoshop for quite some time, while Windows Phone owners were
excluded from the party. That changed today after Adobe pushed the slick
photo-editing app to the Windows Phone Store. As you'd expect, you can crop,
straighten, rotate and flip images and apply a range of different filters
and "looks," which may require you to run the in-app purchase gauntlet.
Nevertheless, Adobe's first major Windows Phone app (if you discount Reader)
