Jane, I am sending this to all the email addresses that you have used to
communicate with us in the past so that this will reach you.
At the special homeowner meeting held at the xxx Clubhouse last night, the
homeowners voted 130 to 10 to have you removed from xxx Board of Directors.
All procedures and processes were followed to have this is a certified
legally correct vote.
Therefore, you are now officially removed as a member of the xxx Board of
Directors, effective immediately. We are removing you from your leadership
position of all clubs and organizations sponsored by the xxx Homeowners
Association, including leading the Social Committee, the Clubhouse
Renovation Committee and any other groups or committees you are leading.
You may still join any HOA sponsored group as a member as along as you are
in good standing with the Homeowners Association.
Additionally, we need the return of you clubhouse key, Please let me know
how we can receive this as soon as possible. | d********m
