transportation system.
Many people at low-paying jobs are relying on public transportation
since they can not affort car/gas/insurance, Metro service cuts will put
them into devestation and most likely drive them out of those jobs.
Metro system include Metrolink, Metrobus, and call-a-ride service for
disabilities. The cuts will be on all fronts.
And public transportation affects all of us living in the area.

圣路易斯这样的城市连这么两条metro lines都要缩减，真是越来越倒退了。

spend 15 million dollars for advertisement/lobbying.
Metro does not have that kind of money to spend. Another reason is there are
too many propositions this time, as I heard from KWMU, this Metro
proposition is Prop. M., psychologically people want to vote No. on some of
the propsitions, and Metro becomes the ultimate sacrifice.
