really? With the use of firewall and proxy software, there is no way for you
to use other proxy.

more details, please. Encryption can only hide content. If the firewall only
allows traffic originating from the company's proxy, it did not help. Same
for distributed network, (TOR), the company's proxy will not connect to them
either.

handful of websites or protocol, you might not be able to do anything.
But normally proxies are configured as port (eg, allow port 80 traffic) or
protocol (allow icmp ping) based, in that case, you can setup webserver
somewhere and do traffic tunneling, or icmp tunneling.
there is no absolutely safe solution in network security field.
