1。box翻过来,打开外边得包裹,看到里面的frame,两边个一寸的沿,刚好可以铺上
木板。
2。到homedepot买一张polywood。我这个7层的厚度为好,具体看你得box。让小二帮
你切开。长度是你实现量好的沿到沿得长度稍微短些。宽度对切就好。homedepot免费
切,mernards会便宜一些但是不管切。
3。回家把polywood放进box,床正面搞定。
4。床frame垫几块木板,防止box正面受力不均匀,会更稳一些。
5。然后就可以睡了。
6。除去床和box,额外造价大概30。
7。一个box至少100多,所以并不比自己做便宜。但是简单。基本不用工具,2小

Very firm bed is not good to most people, they like it firm, just because
got used to it. Firm bed cannot support the weakest portion of back, lower
back is basically unsupported because of hip and upper back.
I myself is a structural engineer, I do believe in test data.
When I went to sleep number store, I can see pressure contour coming to an
ideal case by changing firmness of the mattress.
