apartment in the Chateau. My two roommates are very nice guys. I will be
moving
out near the end of September, and the bedroom is available no later than
October 1. The current rent is $389, including everything (electricity,
cable,
etc). The rent may be increased by a few percentages starting October, but
it is
not sure yet.
