The United Kingdom will send rocket-propelled grenade launchers to Ukraine
to help defend against Russia.
This was announced by the Minister of Defense of the United Kingdom Ben
Wallace on Wednesday , according to "European Truth" with reference to CNN .
Britain will send M270 launchers capable of hitting targets at a distance of
up to 80 kilometers, offering a "significant increase in the capacity of
Ukrainian forces."
The move is "closely coordinated" with the United States' decision to
provide Ukraine with its Highly Mobile Artillery Missile System (HIMARS), a
variant of the United Kingdom's multiple rocket launcher.
"The United Kingdom supports Ukraine and has taken the lead in providing its
heroic forces with vital weapons needed to defend their country," Wallace
