、认真和严谨的是新加坡人，他是真下功夫去找消息然后尽力考证。对很多街道的小细
节都去查了。
东欧人的战况图比新加坡人的整体来说明显差了些
他习惯用肯定的口气叙述，但是跟新加坡人的结果和我看到的视频消息对比，就知道他
偶尔会犯明显错误
这次把前2天闹的那73左右俄军坦克被毁灭传闻/消息又提出来了，但他把那数据提高了
很多。很可能在错上加错
新加坡人和美国人的视频都显示了那个消息的不可靠
我之前说等地面视频和更进一步的消息。但都还没有来到。有效时限已经过了。：-）
那个被传疯了的消息的可信度越来越小，小了很多很多
乌军最近三天的坦克数据和装甲车数据都没有出现比它们的平均价值高很多的数字
我更关心的是：俄军的桥最终是否成功而且维持，而不是那个消息本身。我的注意力甚
至不在最先过河的那种设备的种类上。
桥是最重要的，因为它的用途根本就不是给消息里的那些装备直接用的。
看了东欧人的最新视频后，我意识到所有人都没有注意到这个最关键点。
如果说到这种程度还有人想/想想想不明白，那我就只要提2个字，就能把那个被疯传的
消息差不多给毁了。以它为基础的推测都会完蛋。
我暂时使坏，不提那2字，看那事情在菌版还能提多久。：-）

referendum on the unification of the republic and Russia for July 17. The
corresponding decree was published on Friday on the website of the head of

"In accordance with paragraph 16 of Article 50 of the Constitution of the
Republic of South Ossetia, I decide to call a referendum of the Republic of
South Ossetia [on the issue of unification with the Russian Federation]. The
date of the referendum is set for July 17, 2022," the document says. The
decree comes into force from the date of its signing.
The Supreme Court of South Ossetia considered a package of documents on the
referendum on the unification of the republic with Russia and gave a
positive conclusion. This was reported to TASS on Friday in the
administration of the President of the Republic.
"There was a meeting of the Supreme Court today, they unanimously adopted
this decision, returned [the package of documents to the president]. And he
signed it," the source said.
The press secretary of the Supreme Court, Zarina Tedeeva, confirmed to TASS
that the presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of South Ossetia
unanimously concluded that no violations had been committed, and decided to
recognize the draft decree of the president of the republic on calling a
referendum as legal.
As reported, on Friday the Central Election Commission of South Ossetia
approved and sent to the country's president a package of documents on the
issue of holding a referendum on the republic's accession to Russia. As
Kristina Avlokhova, secretary of the CEC of the republic, explained to TASS
earlier, the president must consider this package of documents within 10
days and send it to the Supreme Court of the republic with a corresponding
request for verification for compliance with the requirements of the law.
On March 30, Bibilov announced that South Ossetia would take legal steps to
join the Russian Federation. Speaker of Parliament Alan Tadtaev said that a
referendum on accession would be held in the near future.
Signature lists in support of holding a referendum in South Ossetia on
joining the Russian Federation on May 6 were received by the CEC of the
republic.
Alan Gagloev, who won the presidential elections in South Ossetia, said in
an interview with TASS earlier that a referendum on South Ossetia's entry
into the Russian Federation should be held when Moscow makes it clear that
the time has come for this. |

到了izyum的大后方，部分已经在izyum和liman的1线作战，还有一些（应该是比较小的
部分）留在了俄国。
因此，俄国想在那边过顿涅斯克河开辟新战点，缓解几个热点的压力/分散乌军的兵力。
渡河顿涅斯克河当然是个比较难的事。如果强渡。并且能立稳脚跟，那就算有了成功的
开始。若立不住，但还是能牵制住对方的不少兵力，那也不算太差。（不妨回忆诺曼底
登陆。损失非常大，但那无法避免。）俄军过izyum地区就花费了不少时间。
具体回到那个渡河点。
按照新加坡人和（尤其）美国人和那个“外人”的调查，实际上，在开始搭桥之前周围
的高地乌军就已经被清除（提供了有些可信的高地特征发生很大变化的图像）。视频显
示，第一次搭桥后过去了不少装甲车辆。
我最早的反应是：双方在那里可能发生了装甲车辆之间的战斗。损失的车辆有可能不只

坦克类数据没有大的变化。装甲车辆类只在2天有很大但不是特别大的变化。多了20辆
左右。
相当于多出了1天的打击量。
如果俄军达到了部分目的，对后来的战斗有明显影响，那也不能算失败。
总得来说，那个地点发生的事情和后续可能对未来发展没有什么深远影响。

这次小醒了几次，认识到乌军几个地方有了大中小不一的悬念
对他的2个认识点评价一下：
1.降雨（我+各处地面湿度很不一）
他说全年比较均匀
实际呢？
有些地方降雨较多，有些地方降雨会少很多。
靠cherniv到sumi一带应该最冷，而克里米亚最暖。冷暖气流和交换叠加碰撞情况在多
处会相差很大，会造成降雨的明显差别。
一般来说6月份和7月份是雨水最多的时候，因此1月前后各1个月就是最没有雨水的季节
了。
河湖谷地区土地较湿。低洼地区较湿。山谷地区较湿。这些地方高植被会更多，居住人
口也会更多。也会是防守方选择比较多的战斗区。
2.俄军的空军
他说比之前力量减少了很多
单从俄军的出击数目看，过去1个月都没有。平均每天还是出击100多处人口或武装人员
密集地区。
而且，现在视频里空军基本都在低飞。那样实际是减低了被防空系统可探测和打击，同
时那样也不大可能（如他所说）基本只打击远处的目标。 |

（之前有个视频。在家乡的avdiivka那边一些义务兵就只是防守阵地，最后回家了，还
要继续接受正规军事训练）
