没有战争是最好了
但是这场战争其实在8年前就开始了
这次在本质上是扩大
如果乌克兰不搞乌克兰民族主义化，不打击甚至官方扶持极端主义民族主义组织
把俄语也作为一种官方语言，不刻意打压俄语和俄语出版
加入欧盟但不加入北约
至少不会扩大化
因此，俄罗斯和乌克兰都有不公正性，也有公正性，但是乌克兰的俄族人反抗和建国是
正义的

economy to contract by almost half -- or 45.1% -- this year, while Russia’s
will shrink by 11.2%, according to the World Bank.
Emerging market and developing economies in Europe and Central Asia are
projected to decline by a combined 4.1% this year, twice the drop triggered
by the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the World Bank said in its
spring forecasts published on Sunday. It said the estimates are subject to
considerable uncertainty.
“This is the second major shock to hit the regional economy in two years
and comes at a very precarious time for the region, as many economies were
still struggling to recover from the pandemic,” World Bank Regional Vice
President Anna Bjerde said on a conference call.
Aside from emerging Europe, the war is reverberating through commodity and
financial markets, as well as trade and migration links, adding to concerns
of a sharp global economic slowdown, spiraling inflation, and growing debt,
the World Bank said.
Besides Russia and Ukraine, the economies of Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan
and Moldova are also forecast to shrink in 2022, with the rest of the
region growing at an “anemic pace,” according to the report. |

在狭窄地方浮桥不需要什么坦克支撑

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to conduct a special
military operation in Ukraine.
On Sunday, April 10, Caliber high-precision sea-based missiles on the
southern outskirts of the city of Dnepropetrovsk destroyed equipment of the
S-300 anti-aircraft missile division, which was supplied to the Kiev regime
of one of the European countries, hidden in a hangar. Four S-300 launchers
and up to 25 personnel of the Ukrainian armed forces were hit.
During the night, high-precision air-launched missiles in the area of
;the settlement of Velikaya Novoselovka destroyed the
base for the repair of weapons and military equipment of the Ukrainian air
defense forces, including the Buk-M1 and OSA-AKM anti-aircraft missile
systems.
Also, in the areas of the settlements of Nikolaev and Zhovtneve, two
ammunition depots were destroyed, and in the Uspenovka area, a radar for
illumination and guidance of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system.
As a result of high-precision strikes in the areas of the settlements of
Vozdvizhenka-2 and Ivanovka, Donetsk region, nine tanks, five self-propelled
artillery mounts 2S3 "Acacia", five multiple rocket launchers BM-21 "Grad"
and more than 60 nationalists were destroyed
Russian air defense systems shot down two Ukrainian Su-25 aircraft in the

On the afternoon of April 11, in the area of
the settlement of Chasov Yar, Donetsk region, the Kinzhal aviation missile
system destroyed a buried, well-protected command post of a grouping of
Ukrainian troops in the Donbass.
Air-launched high-precision missiles in the area of Selidovo
, Donetsk region, destroyed: Ukrainian launcher of tactical missiles "Tochka
-U",
two installations of multiple launch rocket systems in an underground
shelter, two camouflaged clusters of weapons and military equipment, and up
to 40 people of Ukrainian nationalists.
In the area of Novogrodovka, Donetsk region, the base camp
of the Nazis of the Right Sector terrorist organization was destroyed.
During the day, high-precision ground-based missiles in the areas of the

Russian air defense systems shot down a Su-27 fighter of the Ukrainian Air
Force in the area of the village of Sinelnikovo,
Dnepropetrovsk region.
Operational-tactical aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces hit 42
military facilities of Ukraine. Among them: three command posts, two radar
stations for illumination and guidance, a fuel depot, as well as 35
strongholds and areas of concentration of Ukrainian military equipment.
In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the
following have been destroyed: 130 aircraft, 99 helicopters, 243 S-300, Buk-
M1, Osa AKM anti-aircraft missile systems, 441 unmanned aerial vehicles,

💥Russian air defense systems shot down two unmanned aerial vehicles

💥Rocket troops and artillery hit 693 enemy targets, of which: 676

depots.
📊In total, since the beginning of the special military operation,
the following have been destroyed: 130 aircraft, 103 helicopters, 244 anti-

我不知道另外1个是哪个）
他也在很多天前就发现：乌军战报的水分比俄军战报的水分要高得多
最大的1个根据是对新占领区的表述。乌方很多次把俄军没有占领的地方说成是夺回了。
俄军战报的问题是：把部分夺取的会说成夺取了。
因此看他的图，只要注意1点就行了：在边界处的地方有可能是双方还在争夺/部分占有
性质的，而且靠近边界的可能会出现夺回的可能。一般来说：俄方在逐渐夺得更多的地
方。
这个占有性的问题在mariupol的细节上就被放大出来了，虽然他的进展图里特别表示了
模糊块。
而在mariupol，细节可能会特别重要。
最近，他在那里也改进了很多。
为了画图，他也是没有办法。
其他人的图的基本不用看。

During the day, high-precision weapons destroyed 12 enemy assets. Among them
Velikaya Mikhailovka and Bogatyr; 1 Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet, 1 Mi-8
helicopter and 1 Bayraktar TB-2 unmanned aerial vehicle at Dnepr airfield.
Operational-tactical and army aviation hit 48 military assets of Ukraine.
Among them: 2 command posts, 1 radar station, 2 positions of multiple rocket
launchers, 1 artillery battery, 6 depots of missile and artillery weapons,
as well as 48 areas of concentration of Ukrainian weapons and military
equipment.
Missile troops and artiller hit 770 assets, including 9 command posts, 101
strong points, 548 areas of concentration of Ukrainian manpower and weapons,
110 artillery firing positions, 1 S-300 anti-aircraft missile system and 1
ammunition depot.
In total, 131 aircraft and 104 helicopters, 245 anti-aircraft missile
systems S-300, Buk-M1, Osa AKM, 448 unmanned aerial vehicles, 2,179 tanks
and other armored combat vehicles, 248 multiple launch rocket systems, 944
field artillery and mortars, as well as 2,088 units of special military

A block from the Azovstal plant is still restless, but local residents are
already trying to save at least some exhibits from the local museum of local
lore. The building burned down almost completely. The surviving artifacts
are trying to save caring locals. And literally in the quarter there are
still fights. Servicemen of the People's Militia of the DPR said that
tonight there was an attempt by nationalists to break through to Azovstal. A
large group of about 200 people tried to connect with those blocked on the
territory of the plant, however, thanks to the coordinated actions of the NM

很有街区战经验的车臣人（在各处）的打法方式很实用
可能也比较有近期意义的“经典”性
俄海军陆战队基本也是那种打法，除了有主攻/打头阵用的坦克和装甲车外
顿涅斯克人的遭遇战/街区战的打法比俄军还更精细，大概是由于多年在装备上比较欠
缺的原因（看他们前期用的一些老爷跑真是令人感慨）
现在的配备肯定是比战前好了不少
侦察无人机很重要
