Job Responsibilities
• Managing and organizing work, developing individuals and
delegating day to day work and responsibility effectively.
• Managing and organizing projects, working collaboratively and

environment to deliver on all agreed KPIs/ SLA’s, whilst acting as a mentor

• Prioritizing/organizing personal and team-work load to deliver on
unit goals and objectives.

• Managing a team of staff that ensure good data quality in the
clients system by reviewing and processing inquiries and submissions from
regulated entities.
• Ensuring good data quality.
• Reviewing/acting on submissions made by regulated entities
through the clients IT systems.
• Analyzing data and suggesting process changes where appropriate.
• Handling inquiries from regulated entities.
• Responding to requests for statistics and reports on data held on
the clients IT systems.
• Helping internal users to understand and interpret the clients
data.
• Ensuring that all reports, and other BI solutions, are
comprehensively documented.
• Designing, creating, maintaining, and testing reports, manage and
format responses to queries, and providing other BI solutions.
Experience Required
• 2 or more years’ experience managing a team in a professional
environment desirable and/ or a third level qualification.
• Previous experience in applying analytical techniques to complex
data-sets.
Essential and Desirable Skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and
flexible approach in order to meet challenging objectives and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take a lead role as part of a
team.
• Good SQL skills/ SQL certification, Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
server and SSRS or equivalent.
• Scripting or other programming skills or experience.
Educational Requirements
• A relevant third level degree at NFQ Level 8 or higher.
Working Hours & Benefits
