in the death of Daunte Wright, has been sentenced to two years in the fatal
shooting.
Potter is required to serve two-thirds of that time (or 16 months) of her
sentence in prison. With good behavior, she will be eligible for supervised
release for the other third.

Friday, and called it “one of the saddest cases I’ve had in my 20 years on
the bench.”
Ultimately, Chu said Potter made a “tragic mistake ... and ended up killing
