Is there something we could do that would empower you to share information
without talking as much?
I'll admit that I have a hard time with your accent sometimes, but I'm ok
with that. You're a great engineer and I know that at worst we can just talk
over slack and it won't be a problem.
Even if I can't change your mind, I would love to know how I can make others
