那么她就可能是入籍，也可能是绿卡。而其它可信信源说的是入了籍。
给特殊人才绿卡是早就有的。2020年的新规只是一个意见稿，而且引发了巨大的争议，
有没具体实行没见下文。这个争议是降低了门槛，以前精英才给，现在阿猫阿狗都给。
说因为这个新规把谷弄进来完全不合逻辑，因为她完全不需要放宽标准才能进。BBC把

The Chinese Consulate General in New York told the BBC that Ms Gu would have
to have been naturalised or gained permanent residency status in China to
compete for its team.
In 2020, the Chinese Ministry of Justice broadened rules for foreigners to
obtain permanent residency such that those who has achieved international
recognition in sport, science, culture and other fields would be eligible.
The expansion would seem to apply to Ms Gu.
Ms Gu and four other athletes went through the process to gain eligibility
to play for China in the 2022 Games, the Consulate said. |
