俄语，信仰东正教，和俄罗斯族一样，和西乌克兰说乌克兰语信仰天主的大波波兄弟才
是两个民族。东乌八个州，本来就是列宁时期才从所谓的苏维埃俄罗斯加盟共和国划给
苏维埃乌克兰的。
