1. Much of China is still illiterate which makes me wonder how capable the
average PLA sailor is? Of course they could have strategies and tactics to
work around this issue.
2. Given the incredibly poor condition of Chinese housing and how 30 year
old buildings look like they're 200 years old (apparently Chinese like high-
end items but not maintenance) I question the condition of PLA ships,
equipment, and the true readiness of their fleet? |
