The smoothness of political power takeover is often more significant than
anything else, so Supreme Court doesn't care who will be next president. The
costs of removing national turbulence and of seeking political truth would
be too high if Supreme Court would have involved itself into the bipartisan
melee. There are too many Trump fans & even Trump himself who have not been
aware of the very essence of politics that I pointed out above!
