Briefly, this short video showcases how an old Professional IME physician
Robert S. April performs a sham Independent Medical Exam on me. I am the
victim of premeditated and coordinated murder attempts which were veiled as
a work “accident” in the beginning and then as “diagnoses” and “
treatments” from treating physicians.
I, Limin Wang, living at 136-09 59th Ave, Flushing, NY 11355, was sent by a
Vendor of Independent Medical Examinaton (IME), Brookside Consultants Inc. (
BCI, 120 Madison St., Suite 100, Chittenango, NY 13037) to be examined by
IME doctor Robert Samuel April, at Park Avenue Medical Professionals (PAMP,
120 E. 86th St., 2nd Fl, New York, NY 10028) at 12:30 PM, Nov 08, 2019, Fri.
My daughter was accompanying me to witness and video-record the IME exam.
On Sept. 17, 2019, Dr. RSA had made a medical “record” review IME report
to COMPLETELY LAUNDRY my injuries. That “record” review report was also
managed by the IME vendor BCI, upon the request of the Workers’
Compensation insurance/employer’s Third Party Administrator (TPA) Ms. Lisa
White from Cannon Cochran Management Services Inc. (CCMSI, PO Box 1127,
Neptune, NJ 07754). My employer was B.Q. Wide Auto Body Parts Supply, Inc. (
109-35 178th St, Jamaica, NY 11433), whose headquarters company is KSI
Trading Corp, and whose Professional Employment Organization (PEO) is TriNet
/SOI (Strategic Outsourcing Inc.).
During the Nov. 08, 2019 IME, Dr. Robert S. April first uttered rude
language and slammed his office door to us, fraudulently denying my right of
being accompanied with a person of my own choice to witness and record the
IME. Then it started a series of verbal discomfort. The PAMP staff flocked
together to gossip about and blame on me. Dr. RSA kept claiming NO IME to me
, and his assistant wouldn't call BCI, so I had to briefly call BCI at (866)
455-3926 about the then current situation. Eventually, Dr. RSA agreed to go
on with the IME with the presence of my daughter video-recording the
process.
It's an about FIVE MINUTES IME in total, rushed in almost everything. On the
contrary, it took Dr. Robert S. April several times to “measure” my blood
pressure, not with a stethoscope in use. After the “exam”, I attempted
multiple times to give three CDs to Dr. RSA or his assistant to copy the MRI
and X-ray diagnostic images to their computer, they created various excuses
not to do so or claimed having not done so even when the assistant took
over my CDs for a while. Although Dr. RSA eventually accepted my two stapled
printouts ( 1. my six-page statement of my falling from the 8-ft
meticulously tampered stepladder and my recent symptoms of severe traumatic
head injury and quadriplegia affecting all the systems, and 2. three
documents disguised in Case Folder, each two-pages, of BCI's, which had
clearly included “Neck” and “Back” in the Established Injury Sites), Dr.
RSA and this chain of “business” and “judgment” all the way up to the
NYS Workers’ Compensation Board ACTED as if these submitted documents HAD
NEVER EXISTED before they rendered their “PROFESSIONAL” REPORTS or “
OFFICIAL” DECISIONS, which are then ruled by the chain as the exclusively
acceptable “RECORD” or “EVIDENCE” or even “FACT”.
Because the CDs have some diagnostic images presumably to be “objective”
and “complete”, I then sat in a couch and called BCI a second time, now
about Dr. RSA's refusal to copy and review the images. Suddenly, a mid-aged
genuinely Indian-looking male in plain clothes dashed out from inside,
talked little and in a low but demanding voice to me, and immediately
started to use his two hands to hold my left hand and phone to TWIST, and
also used his right hand and thump to PRESS and GRATE my left wrist’s
medial nerve and radial artery. His assault was interpreted as another “
PROFESSIONAL”, “PREMEDIATED”, and “COORDINATED” plot execution on me,
and I was prompted to raise my leg to push this assailant away at his low
abdomen. I was still sitting, and this assailant, later online searched to
be Dr. Charles S. Saha of this PAMP clinic, didn't continue his assault.
My already-injured left wrist and hand were further hurt by Dr. CSS's attack
, so I dialed 911 for police. But both police and EMS were sent in. The EMS
generally taunted me, and police generally followed and passed PAMP's
further lies to urge me to exit the clinic.
This nine-minutes video is authentic, continuous, unedited. It covers the
rushed five-minutes sham IME, Dr. Robert S. April's eventual reception of
the two stapled printouts from me, his ferocious refusal to the diagnostic
images on the three CDs, his ridiculous accusations on me of being “
disruptive” and other stuff, and his threating of “other mean”. His later
report of this IME and a 2nd time “record” review is not only another
UNSCRUPULOUS COMPLETE LAUNDRY REPORT for all my opponent parties (including
NYS WCB), but also a MALICIOUS ASSAULT on my personality.

My Oct. 31, 2019 appeal to NYS WCB review of this WC case resulted in a Feb.
10, 2020 denial to my appeal. Beyond that, the three board panel members (
Steven A. Crain, Arelis Tavares, and Ellen O. Paprocki) quoted the sham IME'
s shame content of Dr. Robert S. April's, “This 45-year-old male manifested
disruptive, inappropriate, psychotic behavior during the three hours he was
in my office today. The most striking part of my observation is that it did
not correlate at all with any behaviors described by the many other
providers whose reports I documented above. Based upon my observations and
review of medial records, as well as my prior report that contained a review
of documents only, I have concluded with reasonable medical certainty that
there was no physical sign of neurological or physical limitation on this
examination, no objective signs of any kind of injury and a severely
dysfunctional, psychotic mental status that was related to his personality.
Furthermore, there is no causal relationship of the neck and the left elbow
to this work-related incident. There is also no medical reason for an MRI to
the neck.” End of exact quote. Readers can judge how a fraudster “
professional” writes a verbal assault to my personality with a problematic
sentence by which the fraudster/assaulter tries to get away from
consequences.
I appeal to the viewers for your privilege of time to watch this video and
to read my The Pursuit of Truth and other related posts, and then to
evaluate why I outcry my serious head and spine injuries are resulted from
premeditated and coordinated murder attempts from many parties, including
state- or deep-state-level parties. I will write another long document, The
Pursuit of Justice, to expose more details of how all the opponent parties,
including the employer, WC insurance, treating physicians, diagnostic
imaging facilities, IME physicians, defense attorneys, my former WC
attorneys, and NYS governmental agencies such as WCB, conspire and execute
the murder attempts to me. I am not a that docile slave to accept the $150/
week meagre WC compensation since February 02, 2019 and then to die quickly
or suddenly with the actual serious murderous injuries while without real
diagnoses and treatments and without “medical evidence” shown in the

一个宣称什么“人民”的犹太律师行，还在某个时刻突然给我回复一封长长的电子邮件
，称我这不可能有立案，那已超出立案期限之类云云。我自己代表自己的权益，美国纽
