It says the following. "Other countries or regions with a level-two advisory
include Algeria, Antarctica, Belgium, France, Germany, Denmark, Myanmar,
and the United Kingdom. " It explains that china may use the exit bans in a
coersive manner but does not explain why the other countries listed
including many that are our allies are on the same level. Weird article. |
