搞，准备不足。和被抓的那些所谓中国科技间谍的研究者们其实心态接近。以为自己专
心做技术/做生意就没事，有的时候稍微占点小便宜，不应该算是大问题。没想到美国
政府突然就下狠手了。

它的领导层就应该明白你说的这种简单的问题了。而现在她显然不知道，而且种种处理
手段感觉都很low，所以我倒是开始相信华为真的和政府没什么特殊关系了。
