International Criminal Court, being a signatory to the United Nations
Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), and insistence upon obtaining an
invitation from the host country or an authorising United Nations Resolution
before deploying any military formations or undertaking offensive military
action in another sovereign territory.
So I figure he must be advocating regime change in Washington. |
