外国人的无耻 有时候远远超过我们的想象。 这个叫Tuite的老美医生在未告知肖医生
的前提下，把肖拉过来做双盲实验。肖在指导了两例后才被告知，原来是被人在做套。
更无耻的是，该老美事后发表的那篇“著名的”文章“Lack of ef cacy of an
intradural somatic-to- autonomic nerve anastomosis (Xiao procedure) for
bladder control in children with myelomeningocele and lipomyelo- meningocele
，该实验是肖参与的。绝了，你还真挑不出来他说谎的理儿
First, regarding my involvement in the trial, Dr. Tu- ite’s team traveled
to China in 2009 and personally ex- amined more than a dozen children with
myelomeningo- cele (MM) and lipomyelomeningocele (LMM) who were cured by the
Xiao procedure 2 to 3 years ago. These chil- dren voided voluntarily and
emptied their bladders almost completely without incontinence. Dr. Tuite and
colleagues then invited me to All Children’s Hospital to help them to
begin the Xiao procedure 2 days before my keynote speech at the First World
Congress on Spina Bi da Re- search and Care, March 15–18, 2009, in Orlando,
Florida. They scheduled 2 cases in 2 operating rooms (ORs) at the same time
. I observed and helped in identifying the cor- rect nerve roots; then they
stopped the operations and I was informed for the rst time that they were
conducting a randomized, double-blind trial.
更加可怕的是，美国医生医术的低劣。肖仅仅指导了两台手术（他没有操刀），就发现
其中一个的严重错误：把人家脊髓神经都剪错了。
Thus, unlike the description in the article, I did not personally assist
with the rst 7 cases, but only 2 cases on the rst day. With sorrow, I had
to tell the inves- tigators that I found the donor ventral root (T-12) was
cut incorrectly and closely from the cord in 1 of the 2 cases; the root had
to be reattached to the cord by microanasto- mosis, and then its distal end
was anastomosed to the S-3 root as in the Xiao procedure. If this kind of
accident oc- curs, the patient should be excluded from any type of trial,
because the root re-attached to the cord may not work at all and could
jeopardize the rest of the Xiao procedure. Yet, I found the child was still
listed as Case 5 (detethering [DT] + Xiao procedure [X]) in the article.
肖的手术已经被无关系的同行独立验证，有70%的有效率。而这个所谓“双盲实验”
paper的号称丝毫没用。自然会有一方在撒谎。我，作为一个物理千老，是没法相信骗
人、给人挖坑、医术拙劣的医生的 | F*****t

现在转移话题，不谈手术了，扯买凶杀人，给小女孩阴部换药，呵呵，去经常看看肖的
微博吧，小女孩，男孩，少女，各种图片他都经常贴，他是泌外科，天天手术都是这些
，扯这个有意思吗？他的买凶杀人是周永康和肘子定的，他自己从来没承认，肘子死了
还是惨了？

与之周旋，但老外好的也不少，肖倒霉时，美国几位名校教授立刻写公开信支持他，可
以说救了他，相反国内的相关领域学者不敢发声，事后才敢小声支持
中国还是比较险恶小人经常得势，这种事在国外根本不会搞这么大，基本就是学术争论 | k****z
