The "Opiod Crisis", imo, is the direct result of the "Economic Crisis", and
the huge swath of people that the so-called 'Recovery' left behind. If these
people felt that they had a future, they probably wouldn't want to spend
their time screwed-up on stuff.
Despair, depression, and feeling hopeless? Go get stoned...or so the
