Mistake 2)Not offering a higher price to entice people to leave.
Mistake 3)Bumping 4 paying customers off the plane to make room for 4
employees when those employees could have taken a different flight.
Mistake 4)Overbooking to begin with.
Mistake 5)Sending in thugs to beat the living hell out of an elderly man.
Mistake 6)Passengers not beating the holy crud out of the thugs they sent
onboard. Mistake 7)Putting him back on the plane with brain damage as he was
confused and talking to air.
Mistake 8)Having your CEO basically blame the victim and act like they did
him a favor. I have flown United before but will no longer do so.
