Ask the Syrians, the Egyptians, the Ukrainians, the Serbians, the Russians,
the Afghans, the Filipinos, if they believe that our "worst behavior is long
behind" us. This along with most WP editorials these days are stinkers that
stink real bad. Do you sycophants ever report on anything that our secret
