College in Roseburg, Oregon in a writing class that he was enrolled in at
the school
Lt. Gov Ron Ramsey said Christians 'serious about their faith' should obtain
a handgun carry permit for protection
Ramsey said Christians and 'defenders of the West' have been targets in
recent mass shootings
Witnesses said Harper-Mercer made his victims stand-up and say if they were
Christian before telling them: 'Good, you'll see God in a second' and
shooting them
One witness said Harper-Mercer shot those who identified as Christian were
shot in the head and those who would not answer or 'other' were shot in the
body
