他们反对的有两种情况：有的说H1b抢了美国人的工作机会，典型的是来自West
Virginia的Senator Byrd；另一种的说法是我们需要高科技工人，但是这个应该和非法
移民的问题一块解决，典型的是Hilary Cliton.所以这方面的Bill一直就没有太大的进
展。
美国是法治社会，法律才代表真相，政客的话是狗屁
反对SCA5的时候我调查了一下民主党和共和党的立法情况，发现对现在华人不利的法案
全部是民主党主导
可以看到，月嫂时间，本版民主党铁杆，是站在我们华人的对立面

再次提醒大家，民主党的理念是结果平均，至于如何达到这个平均，就是出台对骗子，
不劳而获的人有利的法律，顺便说一句，真正认真工作的月嫂，只能因为这些法律减少
收入。因为大家都要给律师进贡。民主党的精英支持这个理念，是因为他们自己可以从
中获利，民众越分裂，就越依赖政客和律师。搞轻罪重判，重罪轻判，才能将权利集中
到司法和律师手中。
长期民主党统治，法律扭曲的厉害，继续民主党统治，法律只能更扭曲。
有关排华法案的历史
其实Chester A. Arthur之前的另外一位republican总统Rutherford B. Hayes已经反对
并veto了一次排华法案了：
"By 1878 Congress decided to act and passed legislation excluding the
Chinese, but this was vetoed by President Rutherford B. Hayes. In 1879,
California adopted a new Constitution, which explicitly authorized the state
government to determine which individuals were allowed to reside in the
state, and banned the Chinese from employment by corporations and state,
county or municipal governments."
