City police said officers were called around 8:19 a.m. to the 100 block of
Upmanor Road, where a 31-year-old woman and a 7-year-old boy had been shot
in the head.
A relative told 11 News Jennifer Browne has lived in the house for five
years and just got married a month ago to her child's father, Kester Browne,
who is currently serving a 20-year prison term on felony assault and gun
charges. He said his son was born the day after his arrest.
A relative said the boy attended the Baltimore International Academy and was
learning Chinese. |

elementary schools in Maryland. It also ranked 19th among 126 ranked
elementary schools in the Baltimore City Public Schools District.

地魔城里的公立小学是烂透了，不是老黑就是劳模，中产人家都得上私立，交了快3%的
地产税还得上私立，真tm有病。电视剧the wire第四季讲学校这些故事。

继续往西7，8miles的ellicott city就是华人，韩国人区，学区都是10分。和黑人区真
是天堂和地域。
往北的towson也是好区。
巴尔的摩外围地区还是不错的。

city有些地方挺不错，像canton，federal hill，fells point，上班近social life丰
富住了不少professional，但公立学校即使老黑不多也净是劳模。
