Pentagon allows a general or admiral to speek on the record in such a manner

to respond. Chinese cooperation with Russia, the economic and resources
deals between the two are cementing two nations that together are much
stronger than their individual parts. China need energy, resources and
markets, and they need high tech military equipment. Russia provides the all

In recent months the Russians have sold advanced export versions of the S-
400 Anti Aircraft Mobile Missile System to China. Even NATO admits as much
by their counter actions, that the S-400 is the finest operational Anti
Aircraft system in the world. Aircraft, Missiles, Cruise Missiles, Drones,
Helicopters, smart bombs. All can be targeted. What S-400 misses, the TOR-
M2U will get, a medium range moblie system, not to be outdone, if airborne
threats reach the target's proximity, the Russians have a brand new version
of Pantsir-s2. Both the Pantsir and TOR systems are mobile and each has been
upgraded with brand new much more capable missiles and radars. A quatum
leap over the earlier versions. The Chinese, if equipped with this whole
layered defense, could give America's great Air Power a very bloody nose
over the course of a protracted US Air Campaign against China. No more free
lunch like Iraq and Afghanistan, where the enemy is unable to defend itself,
and is nothing but sitting ducks.
Ukrainian Rebels in the east, using old versions of Soviet MANPADS, have
shot down the Kiev Airforce, everytime it tries to support their attacks. | r*****m
