我先来引用一段二战德国Commander-in-Chief of the Reichswehr哈麦施坦因-埃克沃
德的话，
I divide my officers into four groups. There are clever, diligent, stupid,
and lazy officers. Usually two characteristics are combined. Some are clever
and diligent — their place is the General Staff. The next lot are stupid
and lazy — they make up 90 percent of every army and are suited to routine
duties. Anyone who is both clever and lazy is qualified for the highest
leadership duties, because he possesses the intellectual clarity and the
composure necessary for difficult decisions.
我觉得所有的老中和小孩都要切记上面的这些话，这个就是西方用人的哲学。老中不要
就想做general staff，就是螺丝钉；要想做leader，就是smart和lazy才可以有时间思
考问题。现在老中给人的印象就是smart and diligent，就只能做螺丝钉了，然后骂印
度人取巧。
很多老中小孩不懂申请学校的技巧，搞的课外活动太多，结果反倒进不了藤校，或者大
多数藤校毕业后不能成为leader, 其实和工作中表现能不能被提拔是一样的。
学校希望你有EC的breadth，但是不希望你被EC时间全部耗尽，最后次早burnout.如果
活动太多，最后不会成为Leader的。
公司老板希望经常能看到你，但是如果一直看到你在忙工作，那就肯定不会提拔你。 |

度和领导力，跟过于刻苦有关。

发帖数: 20533 | 6 提拔一个人做领导不是因为他之前工作多勤奋，而是因为他有领导能力。如果一个人很
勤奋，目前的工作条件下效率也很高，但是并没有表现出什么特别的领导能力，那我公
司为什么要去给他变动工作呢？顶多给加点薪水也就是了。
wsn因为学校经历，认为我成绩好自然就应该作班干部，殊不知这恰恰因为中国的班干
部根本是虚衔所以才能成为荣誉标志按成绩发放。 |

好工作不保。老中情愿做螺丝钉，有事情让上头承担着。这就叫小农。 我发现绝大部
分中国人都是这样的，胆小怕事。

发帖数: 5610 | 12 因为自己要minimize自己的work，就会学习如何delegate，如何利用时间，如何做决定
省时间。这些在公司里面都是领导必须要做的事情。
如果什么事情都自己做，自然会失去big picture，往往太注重细节。
