很多biotech公司流行用高管生物phd进修个MBA，稍微靠谱点，不像很多科技和制造公
司是mba和会计当头。

是文职，但以前都是当过兵的或者在DOD里升上来，很多有选举公职经历。90年代有个
女的，当过MIT航天教授。巴马任命这女的太水了。
