医疗靠私有化行不通，美国就是最好的例子。全民医保，copay必不可少

pay the bills and do everything in their power to make a profit by having
to pay out as little as possible.
We all know what middlemen do: they raise costs. They raise cost by adding
in their profit and also by further fracturing the system. So many different
insurance plans cost health care providers a lot in billing overhead and
paperwork to get care approved.
Single payer would simplify the system and thus save a lot of money. |
