20世纪80年代以来，西方鼓吹社会达尔文主义的主要是白人至上主义者。此外，一些新
自由经济主义者所推崇的自由竞争，本质上也和社会达尔文主义有相通之处，都是故意
掩盖社会不平等的制度原因，将社会贫富差距的原因完全归于种族以及其他自然区别。
而在中国，鼓吹达尔文主义者的主要是先富精英，以及一些极端民族主义者。他们的论
点是，穷人之所以穷是素质差，跟社会制度造成的不平等无关。比如说，“蚁族在北京
混不下去就应该滚出北京回自己的老家”。
这样的论点本质是反社会反人类的，因为众所周知，贫富差距过大是因为一小部分人利
用手中权力寻租，或者在90年代瓜分国企中谋取暴利；并且通过积聚的财富继续扩大自
己的政治权力，影响经济领域政策以及社会政策制定。这样的不平等制度下造成的贫困
，不是穷人的责任，更不是穷人愚蠢或者能力差所致。社会达尔文主义论点错误，应当

being due to the buffering of human brain between genes and natural
selection. psychological development and learning is getting more important
than genetic inheritance.
plus, cultural evolution also plays important roles in human society. the
way how people are organized, charters, constitutions, laws and so on are
all important factor.
