Americans have been fed up with the party politics for many years.
There are at least two ways to make USA more democratic and better
1) Two party system
For the presidential election: Each party must have 5-10 presidential
candidates (equally funded to be fair; funding: private + government
supplement). No vice presidential candidates needed.
The president (winner of the presidential) must have a vice president who is
the winner from the other party in the presidential election.
The president will be in charge of general affairs (national and
international). The vice president must have the veto authority in the
national affairs.
2) Multi-party system
Any fair election must have at 5 to 10 equally funded (private + government
supplement), presidential candidates (only one candidate from one party, no
vice presidential candidates).
The president (winner of the presidential) must have a vice president who is
the winner from the other party in the presidential election.
The president will be in charge of general affairs (national and
international). The vice president must have the veto authority in the
