Thant is not Obama's words. It was Clinton's policy.
Basically it means, if you are a gay and joining the US army, the Army can't
ask you if you are gay, and you can't tell them either.
But, if you do tell people you are gay, the army can expel you.

后来clinton给改成 don't ask don't tell
就是军队不问你是不是，但你也不能说，说了就被开了。
现在这个废了，改成军队允许gay了。 |
