My comment: It is confusing to me. Chin ahas not published the transcript,
in either English or Chinese. So I am clueless if General Chen said 福建 or
沿海地区, and what Chen said exactly about missile. About the latter, my
understanding is 防空导弹 is a kind of 导弹 in PRC usage (Taiwanese do not
use 导弹, but 飛彈 instead. |
