power outrage and generator broken by tsunami.
did people ship a new generator to there? no reports about it.
did people fix the power outrage? no reports about it.
but shipping a generator or fixing the power outrage
should be a easy task.
now the third blast happened.
people began to ask ,' when the first blast happened,
it was really caused only by power shortage or broken generator?
most possibility is that at that time, the coolant inside the reactor
