make sure the contractor knows what he is doing, does he follow the code?
pay attention to the details? license is perferred because you can always
changllege his license if you are not happy with the work. For bathroom,
make sure you waterproof everything.using GFCI outlet, have seperate breaker
for bathroom. If your contractor don't follow the code, you will have hard
time selling it because it will be caught by inspector, you might also have
some issue if you don't pull the city permit, (That varies with each city).

are a lot of places that contractor can cut corners in this business.
Usually, it would be too late by the time you find it out. Unless you know
what you are doing, When you hire anyone on Chinese newspaper, ask for
license and insurance, plus, see his previous work... | m*********r

贬值几千甚至上万. 如果没有产生安全事故或隐患, 一般都算万幸了.
