I have a 2 BR, 1.5 Bathroom apartment in the center of Troy for sublease.
The location is very good ( right on the corner of Rochester Rd and Big
Beaver, less then 1 min to get on I-75)
The apartment is in Charter Square (in the center of whole community, very
quiet and you can hardly hear any noise from Big Beaver or I-75). The room
will be available from late June or early July. Current lease will end by 10
/15/14 then you can do month by month lease (very flexible to move out). I
have only lived in this apartment from Nov 2013, the room and carpet are
clean and well maintained.
Rent for each month is $930 includes heat (water is $15/ person pay
separately). I also will have some furniture left when I move out and if you
don't want to buy new ones I can leave them to you for free.
