THE DAY HAS ARRIVED!
THE FIRST DAY FOR STRAWBERRY PICKING WILL BE SATURDAY JUNE 8th !
As is usual for the first day not all the berries are ready so if you are
planning on coming out late in the day it would be prudent to call the farm
at 734-482-8538 for the most current picking info. Also if we are super busy
Saturday we may have to close Sunday to let them ripen. I will send another
email if this occurs.
The price of the strawberries is $1.78 per pound and we still furnish the
containers for FREE.
PEAS SUGAR SNAP PEAS AND ENGLISH SHELLING ARE NOT READY YET!
The Sugar Snap peas look about 7 to 10 days away right now. Shelling peas
closer to 14 days.
Hours are 7 am to 8 pm daily. (ripe berries and weather permitting)
You can call us at 734-482-8538 for real time conditions during business
hours.
For those of you new to "THE LIST" you will receive an update whenever crop
conditions change for better or worse throughout the picking season. Many of
you ask specific questions in your e mails and we apologize that we do not
have time to answer each one individually as we receive soooo many per day.
