Willing to Pay One Month Rent ($799) to Find One Who Can Take My Current
Apartment
Reason:
Find a new job in another state, may have to break my current one year lease
contract. If you can take the apartment, you will get one month rent from
me, and I will avoid half of the penalty (Two month rent)
Deal:
I am willing to pay ONE FULL MONTH RENT ($799) for you at the time you sign
a one year contract with my apartment manager.
About the apartment:
In Farmington MI, convenient to almost everywhere (2 minutes to Farmington
downtown, less than 5 minutes to food store, within 10 minutes, you can go
to Costco,Target, Walmart, Sears, HomeDepot, Bestbuy... and many more of
your favorite stores. The apartment is on the second floor, the room has
brand new carpet, brand new Refg, washer and dryer (in good condition). Size
is about 850 Sqrt.
What you need to do:
Not sublease. You deal with the apartment manager. You sign a one year
contract with my current apartment management, I will pay the first month
rent for you at the time you sign the contract. The apartment management may
check both your background, credit and employment status.
Starting date:
Available from August 01 or earlier (negotiable). |
