母亲去年延期，今年四月底回国
办理ITIN要交护照原件的话显然是来不及了
现在这种情况该如何办理ITIN呢 |

agency and foreign status documents."
不用担心，把护照和签证复印件拿去做一个公证就可以了，一般的UPS店就可以做
notarization，1分钟不到就可以搞定； 速度 |

agency, that support the information provided on the Form W-7. You can
submit copies of original passport if you do any of the following.
a. Have the copies certified by the issuing agency.
b. Have the officers at U.S. Embassies and Consulates overseas provide
certification and authentication services. Contact the Consular Section,
American Citizens Services of the U.S.
c. Visit an IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center in person.
