Description
MOD/Streamline Refinance Specialist SAFE Act
Review and or prepare streamline refinance file per guidelines
Ensure data integrity of all data and process inputs
Strong customer service and phone skills to handle large volume of incoming
customer calls.
Effective communicate with customers and ensure levels of customer
satisfaction are achieved.
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Required to learn and handle the
different functions within
the streamlined process.
Perform and validate basic mortgage calculations
Full time temporary assignment positions not to exceed six months or Part
time positions available working approximately 15 - 19 hours per week. Work
hours: Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Hours/
days flexible. Salary: $15.25 per hour
Qualification
High School/GED. One year of experience in mortgage or customer service
preferred.
Mortgage product/program knowledge helpful
Communication skills
Organizational Skills
Computer Skills
Mathematical skills necessary to perform calculations
