unit位于房子中的二楼，房子中无其他住户，房主每月大部分时间在外地。
unit 提供家俱，洗衣机，烘干机，网络，车库中一个停车位。
地点位于Ypsilanti，距离华新超市，walmart， meijer 都只有开车5min左右距离。
月租$400（不含水电费），押金：$400.
No pet， No smoking.
