1.国内说最理想的是靶向，但配上靶向药的几率是50%。靶向药配得上的话，有好坏之
分吗？可以选择吗？如果国内配不上靶向的话，美国会因为技术好，也能配上吗？或者
国内配不上，美国也配不上吗？
2.放疗化疗的技术国内国外有区别吗？放疗化疗对人体的危害很大，美国的放疗化疗水
平是不是更高，危害也小？
3.如果靶向药配不上，又不想做做放疗化疗，还有其他好的治疗方法吗？
4. 美国哪个医院治疗最好？

MSK (memorial sloan ketter cancer center) is the best in US, might also best
in the world. https://www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/types/lung
You can call them directly to consult. They have the best service, best
docotor (you can check online, and ask specific doctor if you like), and
best clinical trial, and the most prompt action in US.
They have offices in NY. If you want to reduce living cost, you may select
office in NJ or other areas, but you need to check the doctor's office
location.
Not sure about the cost if the patient will do self-pay. You may ask msk,
and I think they have some programs to reduce the cost. Still, it might be ~
$100k first 2 months for all kinds of check, and $5k-$10k every month when
it starts
targeting or chemo.
For stage 3, you may have to use targeting or chemo. Unless, after chemo, it
becomes small enough to making surgery which is the best solution for stage
3. Targeting almost does not impact patients' life. chemo is not that bad
any
more, they have all kinds of drug to eliminate the side-effect. I know some
patients are on chemo for 7 years, and still living. But chemo will need to
get shot every 3 weeks, and CT scan every 2-3 months. So it will be a bit
trouble if you don't live nearby.
MSK have the best clinical trial programs. I know some new programs if a
patient hasn't used chemo, the patient can try the trial.
