各位老师，同学：
替我校生科院05级本科同学紧急求助！！！请在国外或国内从医或知道医生的各位
同学、好友帮忙咨询一下神经内、外科的医生，因游泳溺水导致脑细胞水肿严重、影响
中枢神
经对身体的调节。国外有什么好的治疗方法?谢谢大家了！！
生科院05级全体毕业生
14日诊断：
1、5月11号游泳溺水 心跳呼吸骤停 心肺复苏术后并多器官功能障碍综合征
2、缺血缺氧性脑病
3、吸入性肺炎，ARDS
16日诊断：
颅内脑组织肿胀，水肿，沉默脑电图，6:30自主呼吸消失
目前迫切想知道：
1、加强降低颅内压的办法
2、降低血钠的方法

1. maintain airway open, mechanical ventilation if necessary
2. maintain stable cardiac rhythm and blood pressure
3. maintain proper amount of fluid for kidney functions
the following is very rarely done in China, but very very important for the
brain:
4. if consciousness is not restored immediately after cardiac resuscitation,
manitol, diuretics and dexamethasone should be given, intracranical
pressure should be monitored, if ICP is elevated, emergency decompressive
craniotomy should be done.
if the patient has stable spontaneous respiration and heart beats, s/he may
benefit from hyperbaric oxygen.
at this stage, the only rational thing to do is to pray for miracle.

is usually less an issue.

in the US, for such accidents, including major trauma and vascular
emergencies, you have to pray to be sent to a good hospital. this is not a
problem in metropolitan areas but it is in rural regions.
in China, regular procedures are not implemented even in the biggest
hospitals. if the patient is a high-ranking official, doctors from all major
departments will be summoned in; if the patient is a small potato, Adeus.
