发帖数: 531 | 1 今天早上5点多醒了一下（早醒的毛病已经很久了），没觉得太难受，又迷糊一会儿，
中间迷迷糊糊就觉得天旋地转，感觉头歪到一边脖子扭着，因为还困就换个姿势感觉好
了，继续睡到7点半，起床结果就发现一睁眼，眼前东西就从左往右转。一闭眼，一睁
眼，就又转。翻翻复复就觉得恶习。不过没吃东西，就干呕几下。坐了一会儿感觉好点
，想躺一会，一上床就又晕。就有做起来，发现低头就好，一仰头眼前就转。过了大约
一个多小时才好。很是害怕。后来回想，觉得这种头晕的感觉也不失第一次，不过不记
得从什么时候有的，也不记得什么时候会有（好像极度紧张的时候会有）。总之以前几
秒钟就过去了，没有注意。平时血压有时高有时正常，高的时候130/90。
还有就是紧张，饿的时候会手发麻。曾经有人告诉我手指发麻就是颈椎问题。。。
请问这个是颈椎病，还是美尼尔？ 多谢 | M****0

paroxysmal positional vertigo that is related to your position. The symptoms
are temporary and commonly last for about minutes to one hour, particularly
happen when you change your position. Usually, you need to stretch for a
while and then get up, this could make the symptoms less severe or go away
if present or we called repositioning movements.

.
If you really want to rule out other neurological problems, neurology will
be the right specialty but I doubt you need it. | b**********e
