今天google了一下, 发现CT对小孩危害还是蛮大的, 到底要不要做呢?

大人头部做CT没事，而很小的小孩头部最好不要做。她的修复能力还不够强。建议做contrast-enhanced MRI，如果确证是头部的问题，而不是其它器官的问题。
头疼不一定是头部的问题，比如说你的描述是她吃了糖就好了，那可能是血糖不稳定。

traumatic patient, MRI provide so much more information than CT.
