是什么原因。会有其他可能的病因吗？还是只是太累了？有什么方法可以缓解一下症状？

Additional info -
35y normal weight, non-smoker/non-drinker, resting BP 110/70 pulse ~95/min (
<85 before symptom started);
Hgb 8.5-10.5 iron/B12 levels both normal, very mild rectal bleeding (blood
clots) of unknown source, MCV high;
Chest CT 5mm ground glass opacity upper right lung lobe 2 mos ago (before
symptom started) next scan scheduled in 3 mos;
Vit D 11-14 not responsive to D2/D3 supplements;
Hx of high cholesterol LDL 210 -> 160 w/ statin, fam hx CAD, treadmill
stress no EKG abnormality, SBP <140 at 10.1 METs 91%MHR, DBP increase >25,
test stopped due to SOB and BP drop 100/40, but cardiologist consider BP
response within normal range;
GERD on Pravacid;
Na+ K+ borderline low, normal thyroid panel.
SOB and chest pain worse with exertion, worse at night, better at rest with
pillows up, progressively worse over 3 weeks. No fever, no coughing, no
exposure to new allergens.
